Shipping & Returns

All artwork is a physical photographic print, made to order. There are no digital downloads.

Production time

[DECISION NEEDED: do not publish a production time until WHCC turnaround has been measured for the actual products. Limited editions take longer because they pass through the studio for signing.]

Shipping

Open edition prints ship directly from the laboratory. Signed limited editions ship from the studio after inspection and signing. An order containing both will arrive as two separate shipments, each with its own tracking.

Made-to-order and returns

[DECISION NEEDED: returns policy for made-to-order artwork. Many fine-art studios do not accept returns on made-to-order prints other than for damage or defect. This is a business decision and needs legal review for the states you sell into.]

Damage in transit

If a print arrives damaged, contact the studio with photographs of the artwork and the packaging. [DECISION NEEDED: reporting window and replacement terms.]

International

[DECISION NEEDED: whether to sell outside the United States at launch. WHCC drop-ship covers the USA and Canada; studio shipping is US and Canada street addresses only.]
